Lifespan is partnering with the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) Rochester Chapter to host a Day of Hearing in recognition of Better Speech and Hearing Month! Take the AARP Smart Driver classroom course and you could save 10% on your car insurance!*
Attendance at both sessions is required. Second session is Thursday, April 24th from 10 am - 1 pm.

  • Refresh your driving skills and knowledge of the rules of the road

  • Learn techniques for handling left turns, right-of-way, and roundabouts

Tai chi for Health - This program is adapted from the tai chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Combining different tai chi styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to improve heart/lung function, immunity, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. All abilities welcome. Classes will be approx. 45 minutes and can be done seated/standing or a combination of both. Comfortable clothes, sneakers.
