Our NYS-certified Medicare counselors take the guesswork out of your decision.

  • Lifespan’s NYS-certified Medicare counselors are available for Monroe AND Livingston county residents who:

  • Need assistance understanding Medicare.

  • Need help choosing a plan.

  • Need help with a Medicare-related health insurance problem.

We provide free, unbiased, confidential assistance with health care questions, concerns, and Medicare coverage choices. We see clients by appointment.

If you live outside of Monroe or Livingston counties: There is HIICAP in every county in NYS. Outside of Monroe County and Livingston counties, call 1-800-701-0501.

Need help paying for Medicare? Programs are available to assist income-eligible beneficiaries with the costs of Medicare premiums and co-payments. Contact us to learn more.
