With Dr. Jane Carmody, Senior Program Officer, The John A. Hartford Foundation

What does it take to create a community where people can age well and thrive? Dr. Carmody will explore the growing agefriendly movement and why it matters for all of us. Attendees will learn about the 4Ms Framework for Age-Friendly Health Care: What Matters, Medication, Mind, and Mobility. Through real-world examples, attendees will learn how hospitals and health systems are transforming care to better meet the needs of older adults and earning recognition as Age-Friendly Health Systems both locally and globally.

Light refreshments from 4:30 - 5 pm, followed by the presentation.

Cost: $15 per person.
