Zoom Basic Balance

A half hour basic balance/flexibility/strength routine – some seated, some standing (or all seated if preferred.) Exercises are taken from the longer “A Matter of Balance” program. Participants have shared that this simple program has made a noticeable difference in their physical wellbeing.
