Mondays, 10:30-11:00am | Jan. 5 – March 16 (no class on Jan. 19)
Adapted for those who need to/prefer to remain seated
All Tai chi programs welcome people with all abilities. Movement is slow and gentle with consistent guidance from instructor as we progress. Except for Seated Tai chi, the classes will be taught standing, but students may also participate from a seated position (or a combination of sitting/standing as able.) Benefits: builds balance, flexibility, strength, immunity, organ health, while lowering stress/anxiety/blood pressure. Fun - the practice is called “playing tai chi.”
