Tai chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Class is every Monday and Thursday from 10-10:45 am beginning Monday, January 5 through Thursday, February 26

NOTE: there is no class on Monday, January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Follows the Sun Style of Tai Chi. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing.

There is a suggested contribution of $25 to cover the cost of materials.
