Do you have an ongoing health condition? Do you want to take charge of your life? Join us for Living Healthy!
This six-week workshop is for adults with a chronic or limiting health condition. Caregivers are also welcome to attend. Discussion and activities include strategies around self-management, healthy eating, exercise, stress management, positive thinking, action-planning, decision-making, working with health professionals, and planning for the future.
