This program is an extension of Tai chi for Arthritis Pt.1. Though some review will be offered of TCA1, participants should already have completed that course before taking TCA2. Movement remains slow, gentle, and within your personal comfort zone.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
