This six-week class series gives you the confidence and support to better care for a family member or friend - and yourself!
The class gives caregivers tools to help:
• Reduce personal stress
• Improve self-confidence
• Manage time, set goals, and solve problems
• Better communicate your feelings
• Make tough decisions
• Locate helpful resources
Class participants also receive a copy of The Caregiver Helpbook, developed specifically for the class. This is a free class for family caregivers of someone with a chronic illness and/or dementia.

We ask for a suggested contribution of $20.00 to cover the course and materials.
