This support group series is specifically built around the feelings of ambiguous loss that come with caring for someone with Dementia.

We will provide a compassionate, structured space for caregivers of older adults to share experiences, receive emotional support, and learn strategies for self-care and resilience. Through guided discussion and peer connection, participants will gain emotional support and a sense of community as they care for their loved ones.

This group will meet once a week for 5 weeks (March 10, 2026 - April 7, 2026). You are welcome to join all, a few, or just one group.

Please note there will be additional sessions of this weekly support group that may be open for registration, as well as a separate monthly caregiver support group that meets at the Homestead (Rochester Presbyterian Home) March 26th. You can register for the monthly group here.
