Class is every Tuesday and Friday from 10-11 am beginning Tuesday, January 13 through Friday, March 6
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based fall prevention program centered around strength, balance, and fitness for adults age 65 and older. Sessions are one-hour in length and offered twice per week for 8 weeks.
