Tai chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Class is every Tuesday from 1-1:45 pm beginning Tuesday, January 13 through Tuesday, March 3.

Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Follows the Sun Style of Tai Chi. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing.

Registration is being handled by the Gates Senior Center. Please call Cindy Briggs at 585-247-6100 to register.

Suggested contribution of $25 to cover cost of class and materials.
