Zoom Seated Tai Chi, Fridays, July 10 - Aug 21, 10:30 - 11:00 am

Join us for a half hour evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Slow, gentle tai chi movements adapted for those who, for any reason, either need to or prefer to learn from a seated position. Physical, mental, and emotional health benefits. A fun way to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, sleep, and mood. We welcome people with all abilities.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.

There is a suggested contribution of $25 to cover the cost of materials.
