It's Picnic Time! Family and friend caregivers and their care partners living with dementia, Alzheimer's Disease or related conditions are invited to join us at Veterans Memorial Park (Hornell) for our last cafe of the program year. We will enjoy lunch, socialize, play games, and explore the park. Event is FREE, registration required. Come join us!
