This introductory program focuses on the cultivation of “Qi” – life-force energy – through mindful breathing, postures, and gentle movement. An ancient practice now widely acknowledged among US health practitioners for its many benefits to mind/body/spirit.
This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
