A compassionate, structured space for caregivers of older adults to share experiences, receive emotional support, and learn strategies for self-care and resilience. Through guided discussion and peer connection, participants will gain emotional support and a sense of community as they care for their loved ones.
This support group meets the fourth Thursday of each month from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm at the Rochester Presbyterian Home, 256 Thurston Road, Rochester, NY 14619.
