This program is adapted from the Tai chi for Health series developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Combining different Tai chi styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to improve heart/lung function, immunity, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. All abilities welcome. Classes will be approx. 45 minutes and can be done seated/standing or a combination of both. Comfortable clothes, sneakers.
