Classes are every Friday beginning July 11th through September 12th from 9:30 - 11am.
Longevity is a gift and learning is life-long. Join us for health-related topics each week! Sessions include: the gift of gratitude, exercise, healthy eating and hydration, sleep, financial fitness, medication management, advance planning, healthy relationships, fall prevention, and community engagement.
$25 contribution is suggested to cover the costs of materials.
