Classes are every Tuesday beginning June 17th through August 5th from 12-2pm.
Designed to assist older adults to reduce their fear of falling, increase their confidence levels, and increase physical activity. Promotes balance, strengthening, flexibility, range of motion, and problem-solving. Workshop is a combination of gentle group exercise and group discussion. Home and community environmental hazards addressed.
Suggested contribution of $25 to cover the cost of materials.
