Caregivers and their care partners living with dementia, Alzheimer's Disease or related conditions are invited to attend the Together Today Cafe "bonus edition" in Monroe County with members of the Encore Chorus at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Brighton. Event is FREE but registration is required.

Interpreting services, translation services, and additional accommodations are available upon request (with advanced notice). If an event already has interpreters scheduled, it will be noted.
