Class is every Wednesday beginning Wednesday, February 4 through Wednesday, March 8 from 1-2:30 pm.
Longevity is a gift and learning is life-long. Join us for health-related topics each week; sessions include: the gift of gratitude, exercise, healthy eating and hydration, sleep, financial fitness, medication management, advance planning, healthy relationships, fall prevention, and community engagement.
