REGISTRATION FULL - Caregivers and their care partners living with dementia/Alzheimer's Disease or related conditions are invited to join us at the Village Square at St. John's Brickstone for social time and a concert by their own Brickstone Chorale. Lunch provided. Event is FREE; registration is required.
