This class is part of a series, with sessions on Fridays from 10-11:30 am on Friday, November 14 and 21 and Friday, December 5 and 12. It is recommended that you attend all four weeks.

Learn new or hone existing skills, practice them, and apply them in ways that are relevant to you. Topics covered include building self-confidence, communication skills, developing gratitude, enhancing relationships, being persuasive, expressing opinions effectively and disagreeing agreeably, inspiring others, and managing stress and worry.
