Class is every Monday and Thursday from 10-11am beginning Monday, September 15 through October 30th

No class on Thursday, 9/25 or Monday, 10/13
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based fall prevention program centered around strength, balance, and fitness for adults age 65 and older. Sessions are one-hour in length and offered twice per week.
Registration is being handled by the East Rochester Senior Center. Please call Tasha Parrone at 585-385-3643 to register.
