Class is every Wednesday & Friday from 12:30 - 1:30 pm beginning Wednesday, June 3 through Friday, July 24
Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Follows the Sun Style of Tai Chi. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing.
