Zoom Qigong/Tai chi

Every Friday from 11 - 11:45 AM beginning October 20th through December 15th
Fridays: October 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1, 8, 15

This introductory program focuses on the cultivation of “Qi” - life-force energy - through mindful breathing, postures, and gentle movement. An ancient practice now widely acknowledged among U.S. health practitioners for its many benefits to mind/body/spirit. 25 minutes of Qigong then 20 minutes of intro to Tai chi for arthritis for those interested in staying.
