This program is an extension of Tai chi for Arthritis Part 1.
Though some review will be offered of Part 1, participants should already have completed that course before taking Tai Chi for Arthritis 2.
Movement remains slow, gentle, and within your personal comfort zone.
Class is held Wednesdays and Fridays beginning Feb. 17 and ending April 9.
