PDEV 772 Stress & Burnout Prevention (Part of the Gerontology Certificate Program) Online via Zoom

Stress is a normal part of life, but excessive amounts can be debilitating. The COVID-19 pandemic has compounded stress for everyone, especially helping professionals. Students will understand common causes of stress and ways to channel stresses into constructive outlets.  (3 contact hours)

This class is part of the Lifespan/St. John Fisher Gerontology Certificate program. Open to all.
