A free, simple program including elements of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Memory. Simple way of moving and breathing to enhance our well-being-- in the comfort of your own home. Classes are held Wednesdays and Fridays beginning June 3, noon to 1 pm. Classes end June 26.
