Join Dianna Leach, Regional Coordinator & Program Coordinator of the Ombudsman Program at Lifespan for creative ideas and strategies to stay connected with the nursing home resident(s) in your life, including strategies if your loved one is living with dementia and residing in a facility. Registration is required. A webinar link will be emailed following registration.
