Drop-by Lifespan on Monday, March 18 between 1 and 3 pm to learn about a fulfilling volunteer role — as a NYS certified Ombudsman for people living in nursing homes. Ombudsman advocate for residents by visiting an assigned home once a week for a few hours and getting to know residents, family members and staff. Reservations NOT necessary.
