Special wellness Saturday! Learn about Tai Chi and how to better manage stress. Tai Chi is calming, helps with reduced range of motion, and helps increase strength, flexibility and coordination. We'll follow that with an interactive session on how to manage stress while caregiving. Reservation is required. Please use our registration link.
