Explore Your Future is a series of four interactive, facilitated workshops that help people who are entering retirement or have had a change in role as a caregiver to envision the next phase of life including volunteer projects, lifelong learning and encore careers. All sessions include discussions, reflection, and interactive exercises to guide participants towards a greater understanding of the events, people, themes, and patterns that have shaped their lives and brought them the greatest fulfillment.

This workshop takes place Tuesdays from 1:30 to 3:30 pm beginning February 4 and ending February 25.
