Gerontology Certificate Program 

Lifespan and St. John Fisher College offer a Certificate Program in Gerontology. The certificate is given upon completion of 120 hours of course work. Classes are held at Lifespan on Wednesdays from 3-6 pm during the school year. Elder Aware: Aging Awareness Workshop

If your customers are older adults, this is THE training opportunity that will improve customer service! Employees will actually experience what it is like to cope with loss of hearing, vision problems and confusion. Employees will learn tips for communicating with customers who are living with these disabilities.
