This workshop is held six consecutive Thursdays from 2:00-3:30 pm, starting January 13th and ending February 17th, 2022. This series is held online via Zoom.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week series for people caring for a friend or family member who is living with ANY chronic illness. Participants receive a copy of the Caregiver Helpbook, developed specifically for the class.
