People with disabilities are living longer than ever. While we celebrate this trend, the troubling implication is that they may outlive their primary caregivers, their parents. Future Care Planning Services can help ensure that your loved one with a disability will always be cared for in accordance with the family's wishes.
We can help you identify options for every aspect of your loved one's future - where he or she will live, the legal guardian appointment, who will make health care decisions and how expenses will be paid. We can give guidance about legal documents including a Letter of Intent, Guardianship, Health Care Proxy, Living Will, Power of Attorney, Representative Payee, Supplemental Needs Trust and government benefits.
