Special Events

Lifespan has hosted the Celebration of Aging since 1996. It is our major fundraiser, and it raises community awareness about successful aging.

Beginning in October 2005, Lifespan has hosted Artful Aging, an annual auction of works by artists age 60 or older.

Lifespan also hosts an annual Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Recognition Luncheon.

Conferences, like the May 2004 Summit on Elder Abuse, also occur throughout the year.
