Elder Aware: Aging Awareness Workshop

If your customers are older adults, this is THE training opportunity that will improve customer service! Employees will actually experience what it is like to cope with loss of hearing, vision problems and confusion. Employees will learn tips for communicating with customers who are living with these disabilities. Through this interactive experience employees will become sensitive to the needs of older customers. Fee-based.

Train at least 50% of your staff and you will get an "Elder Aware" decal to display at your business.
